Indication & Dosage :
Trombola (Eltrombopag), generic Promacta is a prescription medicine used to treat chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) (a bleeding condition caused by a lack of platelets in the blood). Eltrombopag also used to treat chronic hepatitis C patient with thrombocytopenia and blood disorder (aplastic anemia). Trombola manufactured by Ziska Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Eltrombopag has to take orally once a day before meals (1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals).
Side Effects :
The most common adverse reactions of Eltrombopag are:
Nausea, diarrhea, muscle pain, headache and tingling/numbness.
