Indication & Dosage :

Signifor (Pasireotide), is a prescription medicine used to treat a synthetic analog of the natural hormone somatostatin. Pasireotide works by reducing the excessive secretion of certain hormones in the body. Signifor is indicated for the treatment of Cushing’s disease and acromegaly, particularly in patients who have not responded adequately to surgery or other standard therapies. Pasireotide is given by injection into under the skin in the thigh, abdomen, or upper arm as directed by your doctor, usually twice daily (about 12 hours apart).
