LuciElag (Elagolix), generic Orilissa, is a prescription medicine used to treat of moderate to severe pain associated with Endometriosis and is also used (in combination with hormones) to manage heavy menstrual bleeding caused by Uterine fibroids in premenopausal women; it works by suppressing ovarian hormone production, particularly estrogen, to reduce symptoms. LuciElag manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos.
Elagolix has to take orally once and twice daily.
Side Effects :
The most common side effects of Elagolix are:
Hot flashes,Headache, Nausea, Difficulty sleeping (insomnia), Mood changes (like irritability or anxiety), Irregular or lighter periods (or periods may stop).
