Indication & Dosage :
Asiviral (Acyclovir), generic Aricept is a prescription medicine used to treat infections caused by certain types of viruses. Acyclovir treats cold sores around the mouth (caused by herpes simplex), shingles (caused by herpes zoster), and chickenpox. Acyclovir is also used to treat outbreaks of genital herpes. Acyclovir has to take orally 2 to 5 times daily with/ without food.
