Indication & Dosage :
BEISUDX (Belumosudil), generic Rezurock is a prescription medicine used to treat of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) in adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years or older. Belumosudil is a Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase 2 (ROCK2) inhibitor. ROCK2 is a protein kinase involved in various cellular processes, including inflammation, cell proliferation, and migration. Belumosudil has been studied in several clinical trials for cGVHD and other conditions, such as pulmonary arterial hypertension and systemic sclerosis. BEISUDX manufactured by Bigbear Pharma Ltd. in Laos.
Belumosudil has to take orally once a daily with or without food. The usual dose for adults and children 12 years of age and older is 200 mg once a day. However, patient’s doctor may adjust the dose based on patient individual needs and how patient tolerate the medication.
Side Effects :
The most common side effects of Belumosudil are:
Infections, Feeling unusually tired or weak, Nausea, Diarrhea, Shortness of breath, Cough, Fluid retention, Bleeding, Stomach pain, Muscle or joint pain, Headache, High blood pressure.
