Alaradate (Methylphenidate Hydrochloride), generic RITALIN is a prescription medicine used to treat of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Methylphenidate Hydrochloride is commonly prescribed to improve attention, decrease impulsivity, and reduce hyperactivity in affected individuals. Methylphenidate Hydrochloride is approved for managing narcolepsy, a neurological condition characterized by sudden and uncontrollable episodes of sleep. Methylphenidate Hydrochloride has to take orally twice daily with or without food.
