Rutinib (Ruxolitinib Cream), generic OPZELURA is a prescription medicine used to treat a skin condition called short-term and non-continuous treatment of mild to moderate eczema (atopic dermatitis) in non-immunocompromised people 12 and older whose disease is not well controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not recommended. Ruxolitinib Cream is also used the treatment of a type of vitiligo called nonsegmental vitiligo in adults and children 12 years of age and older. Eczema is an allergic-type condition that causes red, irritated, and itchy skin. Ruxolitinib Cream works by weakening the skin’s defence (immune) system, thereby decreasing the allergic reaction and relieving the eczema. Rutinib manufactured by Drug International Pharma Ltd. Ruxolitinib Cream has to apply a thin layer to the affected areas of skin as directed by your doctor, usually twice daily. Do not use more than one 60 gram tube per week or one 100 gram tube per 2 weeks. For topical use only. Not for ophthalmic, oral, or intravaginal use.
Side Effects :
The most common adverse reactions of Ruxolitinib Cream are:
Nasopharyngitis (common cold), diarrhea, bronchitis, ear infection, eosinophil count increased, urticaria, folliculitis, tonsillitis, rhinorrhea, increase in a type of white blood cell (eosinophil) count, folliculitis (hives inflamed hair pores), tonsillitis (swelling of the tonsils), headache, urinary tract infection, fever.
