Indication & Dosage :
Barinib (Baricitinib), generic Olumiant is a prescription medicine used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (it is an autoimmune condition in which the body attacks its own joints and internal organs). Barinib decreases pain, tenderness, swelling and stiffness in the joints. Barinib manufactured by Eskayef pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh.
Baricitinib has to take orally once daily with or without food.
Side Effects :
The most common adverse reactions of Baricitinib are:
Anemia (such as unusual tiredness, pale skin, fast heartbeat), liver disease (such as nausea/ vomiting that doesn’t stop, loss of appetite, stomach/ abdominal pain, yellowing eyes/ skin, dark urine), a serious tear in the stomach or intestinal wall (such as severe stomach/ abmindoal pain that doesn’t go away, fever, severe dizziness, fainting, severe nausea/ vomiting).
