Indication & Dosage :
LuciTena (Tenapanor), generic Ibsrela, XPHOZAH, is a prescription medicine used to treat of irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) in adults under the brand name Ibsrela, and for the reduction of serum phosphorus in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis under the brand name Xphozah, specifically as add-on therapy for patients who have an inadequate response to phosphate binders or who are intolerant to phosphate binder therapy. Tenapanor has to take orally twice daily before the morning and evening meals.
