Fineron (Finerenone), generic Kerendia is a prescription medicine used to treat chronic kidney disease in adults with type 2 diabetes to decrease the risk of: worsening of kidney disease, a heart attack, kidney failure, death cause of cardiovascular disease, needing to be hospitalized for heart failure.
