Ponaxen 15mg- 45mg (Ponatinib)

Indication & Dosage :
Ponaxen (Ponatinib), generic  Iclusig is a prescription medicine used to treat a type of blood cancer which is chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) for whom no other tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) medicines are received. Ponaxen manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Ponatinib has to take 45mg orally once a day with or without food.
Side Effects :
The most common adverse reactions of Ponatinib are:
Headache, dizziness, constipation, or loss of appetite.
