Indication & Dosage :
Brutini (Ibrutinib), generic Imbruvica is a prescription medicine used to treat certain cancers such as Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/ small lymphocytic lymphoma, Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, Chronic graft-versus-host (cGVHD) disease. Brutini manufactured by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh. Ibrutinib has to take orally once daily with a glass of water.
Side Effects :
The most common adverse reactions of Ibrutinib are:
Thrombocytopenia, diarrhea, neutropenia, anemia, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, peripheral edema, upper respiratory tract infection, nausea, bruising, dyspnea, constipation, skin rash, abdominal pain, vomiting, and loss of appetite.
